A lawsuit against the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago is back in play. That's because an appeals court just reinstated it. It all started when Megan Runnion, who is deaf, was no longer able to participate in Girl Scout activities because the group would no longer pay for her to have an interpreter at events.
