FCC extends Deaf-Blind program

The FCC is permanently extending its program that gives the deaf-blind specialized equipment to help them use smartphones, laptops and related devices. The National Deaf-Blind Equipment Distribution program, known as iCanConnect, hands out telecommunications equipment to low-income people who are both deaf and blind.
