Hospital Complaint Settled

The Justice department has settled a complaint against the Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, Arizona. The federal investigation found that the hospital's policies are not adequate for deaf or hard of hearing patients. The hospital has agreed to change the policies, offer staff training, and make reports to the Department of Justice for the next three years.
