KY inmates sue for access

Inmates in Kentucky are suing to get interpreters when they have medical services provided for them, as well as video phones. Inmates Oscar Adams and Michael Knights say it's a volition of ADA law that prevents them from fully communicating, not only with doctors and family, but also prevents them from being involved with the educational services offered in prisons.
