I'm not surprised at this. I am a witness to Porter's treatment of a deaf friend of mine. She had a heart attack and they had posted a "Deaf patient" sign behind her bed without her knowledge. They refused interpreting services at her repeated requests. Her name is Debbie Heiliger. This was back in 2012. They bullied her into using English. I know as her friend, her English stinks.
