an ear infection left Natisha Luke deaf as a newborn, the 19-year-old Mormon has been named Miss Deaf Utah. A graduate of Pine View High School in St. George, Luke plans to attend nursing school. The oldest of five siblings, she dances and uses ASL to communicate.
