Suit Against Mile Kimball

The EEOC is defending a deaf worker against Miles Kimball Co in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The federal agency says the direct marketing company discriminating against the woman by firing her after it failed to provide her training using a new software program using ASL. She had been with the company for 13 years. The lawsuit filed last week ask for lost wages and damages.
