Technology theorist Michael Chorost will speak at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota this Friday afternoon. Chorost wrote about receiving a cochlear implant in his book Rebuilt: How Becoming Part Computer Made Me More Human. The book won the PEN/USA Book Award for Creative Nonfiction in 2006.
