Sign team helps crime victim

It took four sign language interpreters worked together for months to help a Philadelphia man express himself. Willie Richardson had allegedly been physically abused and locked in a basement, according to prosecutors. But Richardson has no language and the interpreters helped him convey his story. I don't see the story, so I'm not sure what had happened, though I'm curious if a CDI / QDI was used? I think that would have been helpful and taken less time, too. I have seen many CDI / QDI in action and they are amazing!
