MP says UK Broadcasters failing blind and deaf

A member of the British parliament and the first blind cabinet minister, David Blunkett is criticizing subtitles that leave deaf people "scratching their heads." "He tells the BBC that UK Broadcasters talk a good deal about equality, but preaching is not enough", that they need a "little consideration and forethought" to achieve a "better television experience for everyone".
