Authorties in Palm Beach, Florida are trying to figure out why a deaf child was discovered this morning. A driver saw the girl who appears to be about 5 years old walking along a street. Deputies and detectives are going door-to-door in the neighborhood with a photo of the girl looking for the family. No missing child report has been filed fitting the girl's description.
