Texas School Sued

The mother of a student at the Texas School for the Deaf wants her daughter's frequent flier miles - and is taking the school to court to get them. The school has been keeping points totaling some $30,000 each year when it flies students home to visit their parents on weekends. This pay for extras - like chaperones to fly with the students. The mother, identified in the suit as DG claims that's a violation of the Southwest Airlines policy. She's asking for financial compensation to make up for her emotional pain and loss of privacy.
