If you ask me, Medicare isn't worth the paper it's written on! Not only do the idiots, who make the rules (Senators) rob the coffers, whenever they need money, they make rules making it harder and harder for Medicare to help anyone.
Just yesterday, I was told the premium (which has stayed at $97/mo.) is going up, this year to over $110 and, next year, to $240, which those same Senators harp about how it's not going to last the incoming retirees and disability claim.

I wouldn't complain, except these senators don't do a thing to fix the problem....If they were to be forced to see Medicare in their futures, they'd be laboring, feverishly, to fix it.
Unfortunately, they have their own plan, mapped out, so Social Security isn't worth fixing (in their minds!)
