The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children's Education Bill of Rights which is SB 260 in the Senate and HB 315 in the state House. The Florida Association of the Deaf says the legislation will ensure the education rights of deaf children in the state and implement a communication plan to make sure that schools are putting the needs of the students first.
