Deaf Woman Rejected for Jury Duty

A women in Washington, DC is suing to serve on a Superior Court grand jury. Michelle Koplitz, who was Miss Deaf USA in 2010, was rejected this year as a juror because she is deaf. The reason? Court officials didn't want to pay for an interpreter. The lawsuit says that's a violation of ADA law.
