Lawsuit over ADA Violations in Arizona

A Tucson company is facing allegations that it discriminates against the deaf. Community Providers of Enrichment Services told two qualified deaf individuals they would not be hired because of their disability, according to the EEOC lawsuit. The suit claims that during one of the interviews, an applicant asked for an interpreter but was refused, which is an ADA violation. The company hasn't responded to the charges.
